Accident Insurance
Provides coverage to offset costs associated with treating accidental injuries. Plan pays in addition to any other health plan coverage and covers items such as fractures, hospital admission, physical therapy, lacerations, burns, injuries that require surgery, family lodging, and ambulance fees.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Coverage for any covered accidental death or dismemberment. Provisions can cover paralysis, coma, brain damage, child day care, home alterations and vehicle modifications, rehabilitation, and severe burns.
Auto/Homeowner Insurance
Provides property and casualty coverage for automobiles and homes. Includes coverage for most autos, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, homes, condominiums, and mobile homes. Renters’ coverage insures personal possessions and personal liability. May also cover boats, jewelry, and fine arts.
Computer Purchase Program
Offers employees the ability to purchase new, brand name personal computers. Employees do not need to qualify for credit as payments are made through payroll deduction. Payroll deduction amount is based upon 12-month financing at no interest. Employers hold no financial liability, even for terminated employees. Designed to support employer computer literacy initiatives.
Critical Illness
Helps protect against the financial impact of a variety of critical illnesses. A lump sum benefit is paid, regardless of other insurance or Social Security eligibility. The benefit is paid upon diagnosis of the disease or condition.
Dental Plan
Designed to provide coverage for preventive, diagnostic, and restorative procedures. Fills a void if Dental insurance is not offered along with the traditional core benefits plan.
Discount Services
Over 30 health and lifestyle benefits available. Ideal for providing benefits to full-time employees and part-time employees who may not be eligible for other benefits, including medical benefits.
Excess Liability
Provides additional personal liability protection over and above primary liability coverage, including coverage for libel, slander, malicious prosecution, defamation of character, wrongful eviction, and detention.
Financial Planning Services
Offers broad-based financial services at group rates. Includes unlimited access to a Web site with financial planning tools and toll-free access to an experienced financial planner.
Identity Theft
Program is designed to alert members to potential identity theft activity. It offers the services of licensed investigators who are trained to recognize the intricacies of identity theft and help resolve issues.
Internet Banking
Offers services including checking, savings, and money market savings accounts, certificates of deposits, online bill payment, ATM/Debit cards, check/statement images, and a 24-hour customer call center.
Legal Services
Services provided include telephone and office consultations for an unlimited number of legal matters (excludes employer/employee issues). Covers family law, will preparation, consumer protection and debt collection, real estate, personal property and IRS issues, and loss of driving privileges.
Life Insurance
A single plan will not serve the needs of all employees. Marsh utilizes knowledge gained through the discovery process to guide our clients in the selection of the most appropriate Life insurance plans (Includes Term, Group, Universal Life, and Individual Universal Life).
Limited Medical
Designed to help meet the needs of uninsured workers and employees who cannot afford the high cost of traditional medical insurance premiums. These plans provide limited health coverage and can serve as an alternative to more costly major medical insurance policies.
Long Term Care Insurance
Covers actual expenses for nursing home and home health care, along with services offered in assisted living facilities and adult day care centers. Services are paid on a loss of specified number of activities of daily living and/or cognitive impairment.
Long Term Disability Buy-up
Supplemental disability plan provides additional income replacement for employees for whom group Long Term Disability coverage may not be enough to maintain their lifestyle should they become disabled.
Mortgage Services
Designed to assist employees with the purchase of a new home or to refinance an existing mortgage. Helps employees build financial security through home ownership, save time by providing access to leading mortgage providers, and save money through discounts or reduced fees.
Pet Insurance
Provides a medical fee-for-service/indemnity plan for pets including dogs, cats, and exotic animals. The plan typically covers routine medical care as well as emergency or necessary care provided at reasonable costs or co-pays.
Short Term Disability
Designed to complement and enhance group coverage, it provides income replacement protection for short term disabilities resulting from a covered accident or sickness.
Vision Insurance
Coverage offers employees discounts for office visits and allowances for glasses/contacts. Service can be through a private optometrist or a retail provider. A high-value, low-cost benefit that is needed by two-thirds of employees.
